Frequently asked questions
How far in advance should we book?
The sooner the better—especially for seasonal minis, which fill quickly! For full sessions, I recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance, but I’ll always do my best to squeeze you in if I can.
What should we wear?
Once you book, I’ll send over a simple style guide to help you choose outfits that photograph beautifully and feel like you. I’m always happy to offer input if you want help coordinating!
When and how will we receive our photos?
Galleries are delivered within 2–3 weeks via an online gallery. You can download high-res images, share with loved ones, and even order professional-quality prints right from your gallery.
How many photos will we receive?
I guarantee a minimum number of edited images for each session (usually 10+ for minis and 40+ for full sessions). That said, I always deliver every meaningful image—if I caught the moment, it’s yours to keep. No upcharges or hidden fees.
What happens if the weather’s bad?
For outdoor sessions, I always keep an eye on the forecast and will reach out the day before if rescheduling is needed. We’ll find a new date that works—we’re in this together!
What if your pricing is out of reach for us?
I hold space each season for a few sliding-scale sessions and offer model call minis throughout the year. Don’t hesitate to reach out—I’d love to work with you.
Can I print my photos?
Absolutely! Your gallery includes high-resolution downloads that are print-ready. You’ll also have the option to order beautiful, professional prints and products directly from your gallery.
What if my kids are wild, shy, or just not into it?
That’s okay—truly. I approach every session with patience, playfulness, and zero pressure. Some of my favorite photos come from unexpected moments! We’ll follow their lead and trust the magic.
